My teenage son had them on his Instagram and was told if he got a certain amount of likes he would get free sneakers. He got the likes, was asked for 40.00 for shipping and no sneakers. Go think we had him close his cash app after paying the BS shipping fee. Stupid scam company.

I purchase a sneaker about two weeks now and haven’t received it. In addition to that, no one is answering my calls or responding to my mail. This is just WOW!

I just bought a pair of converse from sneakerhead and I was pretty surprised that it delivered by so fast like in 3 days which is not really bad and it was free shipping. If you know your exact size, you are good to go. Trust me, I was very unsure about this website because reading the reviews left me off but I had to try it otherwise, I wouldn’t know the truth or not until the shoes came in right before I know it. I will return to this website for shoes!

Tip for consumers:
Try on the shoe you want at the retail store and go back to sneakerhead to buy the exact shoe you want with the correct size. I highly recommend paying with PayPal for security.

The customer service was very helpful when I called in with some questions on my order. They assured me that my package will ship out by the end of their work day in which it did. The representative even followed up with me! Thank you Sneakerhead!

I’ve got nothing but love for this company right now. I almost didn’t buy anything from them based off their reviews so I’ve gotta leave them some honest feedback of my own.

I’ve been looking for a certain pair of vans forever, they’re a discontinued color and I seriously couldn’t find them anywhere. No stores had any left and no resale shop had them. I found several pairs listed on this site, and before dropping $100 wanted to check the reviews. They were awful! I got so sketched out that I started checking the legality of websites taking your money and not sending a product. It did seem kind of fishy, can’t find these shoes anywhere and suddenly here they are for a decent price. But I needed these shoes and I noticed they have a PayPal option at checkout so I decided to use that, felt like there was some buyer security in place with PayPal. Well they shipped my shoes like the next day and I got them in less than a week. They’re exactly what I ordered, in the original box. I couldn’t be happier lemme tell ya! I don’t know where all the shady reviews came from but for me personally, I couldn’t be happier with the service

Never received my order and they don’t respond to emails. I sent 6 emails over a month period and no response. They don’t provide a phone number. Complete scam.

I wanted to write a review because before I ordered I checked out some reviews and they were mostly negative. I’m not a “plant” and I don’t work for sneakerhead like the tin-foil hat people will think. This was the only website in the USA that had a sweatshirt I was looking for (only one size was left!). I placed my order and it shipped the next day, arrived after a few days and I got a free tote bag. Don’t be nervous about ordering from this website, everything went smooth 😉

The customer service is poor shoes came more then a size too big as i am from Canada they charge an outrageous 45 Canadian to ship then they will not cover return even also did not answer first 3 messages and not at all helpful when i got through

ALL THE REVIEWS SAYING LEGIT ARE CREATED BY THEM. TO FAKE PEOPLE OUT THEY ARE NOT LEGIT DONT TRUST THIS SITE. MY FRIEND DID AND NEVER RECEIVED SHOES AND NO WAY TO CONTACT.

I was super skeptical of this site, especially after reading reviews (on this site and others) of wrong orders and Sneakerhead not accepting returns. Despite the horror stories, i went through and bough a pair of Stephan Janoski nike skate shoes, and I couldn’t have been more impressed.

The shoes came in 3 days, in pristine quality, and they even came with a pretty quality sneakerhead bag, a dope sneakerhead sticker, and an entire return sheet you could fill out if the wrong item was shipped to you.

I wouldn’t doubt that the stories of terrible customer service are true. but sneakerhead must have seriously stepped up their service. 10/10 would recommend.

About $10 cheaper than major retailers. $#*!s would not price match. Placed the order before I read these reviews. I had NO issues. Saved $10. My son has the shoes he wanted.

For all those who are skeptical of purchasing or doing business with Sneakerhead.com. Please read this!

At first I was a little leary (after reading the bad reviews) of purchasing my Jordan Retro 5 sneakers from this site but I am so happy I did. I just received my sneakers from Sneakerhead.com 10/26/2016 via UPS. I purchased them with my PayPal account and paid a little extra for 2 day air shipping. Shipping was super fast! The shoes were brand new with the original box.

Called customer service beforehand just to make sure that they did indeed receive my payment. The customer service rep was a little snappy at first but that’s okay she was much nicer before we ended the call.

All and all, Sneakerhead.com is in fact a legit website. I would definitely buy from them again!

Hope this review helps those who are skeptical to make a solid decision. Just remember, there is no perfect transaction and you definitely get what you pay for:)

Avoid this company! I went out on a limb and decided to buy a pair shoes from this company. My mistake! After 10 days, my order still showed “In progress” status. I emailed them. no response. I called them and was finally told that my order was being cancelled and a refund was needed. No reason as to why until I continue to ask for justification. Apparently their shipment did not come in. What does that mean? Horrible customer service and no follow through on making it right. In any case, I would avoid buying from this company unless you want a painful and disappointing ride in shoe buying.

They refused to refund my full amount for an item that didn’t fit. They charged me 15% restocking fee and shipping fee to receive and RETURN my item despite the fact that I purchased my item off of Amazon with my prime status. I was out $32 for an item that didn’t fit and was out of stock. Unf#$%ing believable. Please beware of their HIDDEN FEES

I ordered some shoes for my Husbands Birthday and they arrived 2 weeks late and the customer service was really bad. Was expecting a bit more as they have been open for a while still a great company. Just wont order for a while. But I did get everything I wanted as far as product!

I received an email this morning from Sneakerhead that my order I placed yesterday was cancelled.

After calling my gift card company, I found out that the amount of this order I placed with Sneakerhead had been taken out.

So I called Sneakerhead and spoke with the customer service rep, Olivia. She impatiently cut me off in the middle of me explaining what happened.

When I asked Olivia why she was being impatient and rude—especially with her unfriendly tone of voice—she just said that she was going to transfer me, without giving me a chance to agree or disagree.

I then spoke with the manager, Suzanne. Who wasn’t exactly friendly either, though a notch or two above Olivia.

When I asked Suzanne about an email that I sent them yesterday—-since they were already closed when I called them to confirm something—she said that they’re not able to track who reads what e-mails.

In the year 2018, if a company doesn’t have a system where management has access to shared information among employees, then there’s definitely a disconnect with effective communication.

When I mentioned to Suzanne (again, the manager) that my gift card balance for today shows that the order amount was taken out, she reluctantly agreed to allow my order to go through.

Once again, it’s not always WHAT one says, but HOW one says it. One’s tone of voice reveals A LOT about the verbal expression.

I asked if Suzanne could send me some form of confirmation that we had the phone conversation, and the order will indeed go through; and Suzanne replied in an irritated tone that she didn’t feel it was necessary, but that they would.

Sounds like a MEGA LOAD of you know what. I have NEVER heard of a company initially unwilling to provide some type of confirmation for an order placed by a customer.

After the phone call, I searched for reviews for Sneakerhead, and the first two, 1 star reviews shared their experience of Sneakerhead’s very poor customer service.

If I was the owner of Sneakerhead, I would make some major improvements with my business.

These beneficial changes include, but are not limited to, replacing very unprofessional and unfriendly managers and customer service reps who habitually repel returning customers. I have no doubt that I’m not the first customer they POed, and I won’t be the last.

Employees who have a “I don’t give a $H!+” negative attitude are probably tolerating their jobs or careers just to collect a paycheck, and have no desire whatsoever to actually connect with and help interconnected others.

This ultimately stems from a lack of unconditional/true self-love, which helps us to truly accept, embrace, and even deeply love interconnected Life within this Universe and beyond; basically, we can’t sincerely give to others what we don’t believe we have from within.

It’s NOT wise to habitually turn off customers who shop from this particular site—especially those who have a relationship with athletes of various ages, who in turn have connections with their team members, classmates, actual friends, social media friends, immediate and extended family members, community members, neighbors, coworkers, acquaintances, and even strangers.

In today’s information age, word gets around INSTANTANEOUSLY.

There’s plenty of competition among businesses, so when a business habitually (key word) fails to even meet the BASIC standards—let alone go above and beyond—then it will be no surprise if that business eventually spirals downward like a raging whirlpool.
